1、總述
LF波型擋水板是空調室的關鍵部件,在高低風速下均可使用。采用ABS工程塑料或玻璃鋼材料,具有阻力低、重量輕、強度高、耐腐蝕、耐老化、水氣分離效果好,經久耐用等特點。
擋水板框架采用不銹鋼板或鍍鋅角鋼制作。高度大于3000mm,中間可裝托水盤,以確保擋下的水滴不會再次飄飛。擋水板間距為26-32mm。安裝時,把框架固定于預留孔中,再分組裝入擋水板,在擋水板背風面用角鐵橫擋連接在框架上。安裝結束后用水泥砂漿將框架四周空隙填實補平。
As a key part of air conditioning chamber, water eliminator can eliminate residual vapor in air flow and can be used in both high and low wind speed conditions. Made from ABS or glass fiber reinforced plastics, it has the following features: low resistance, light weight, high strength, corrosion resistant, ageing resistant, good water-vapor separation effect and good durability.
Water eliminator frame is made of stainless steel or galvanized angle iron. When frame height is greater than 3000mm, water tray can be installed in the middle to avoid water drop re-drifting. Space between water eliminators is 26-32mm. For installation, frame is fixed into pre-opened holes, then water eliminators are installed in groups, the last step is connecting leeside of eliminators to the frame by angle iron transom. After that, use clay and sand to fill and level up open spaces around the frame.

兩側框架垂直安裝,與墻面緊密,縫隙用發(fā)泡劑填充。
葉片間距均勻,安裝緊實,無松動,無翹曲。
底部浸入水面,四周無縫隙。

7、檢驗標準: Inspection Criteria
框架垂直度誤差≤5mm,葉片迎風面位置安裝正確。
框架與墻體無縫隙,正常運行時無過水現(xiàn)象。
Perpendicularity error of framework, less than 5mm, blades of windward side should be set up correctly.
No gaps between framework and wall surface, no water leakage during operating.
